Buyer and Seller Services!
We know that transferring families have less flexible schedules and that their needs are more complicated than families simply moving across town. This is compounded by the fact that the family is usually unfamiliar with the highways, neighborhoods, commutes and the price of real estate. Coordinating all these many details and learning about areas, schools, etc. is crucial towards enabling transferees to make the right choices. Our primary function is to sort out your priorities and make recommendations based on your family's needs and desires. We are able to give you an overview of the area because we have first hand knowledge and experience in the community. Helping your family with a transition that is smooth and comfortable is the best way that we can make you feel at home. We Turn Newcomers Into Neighbors
Although we know that we cannot remove all of the stress with a major move, we can certainly provide you with the resources you might not otherwise have had and we can give you lots of reasons why you will soon agree that San Diego is an easy place to call home. In an individual counseling session we might discuss your concerns regarding schools, cost of living, including housing, utilities and taxes. You may also have questions on health care, child care, shopping, places of worship and recreation which may be answered by referring to our resource library. If you wish, we can also brief you on closing costs, interest rates, points and the basic qualifying process. As your knowledge of "America's Finest City" grows, our conversation will turn towards specific communities, neighborhoods, and home styles. Taking into consideration your family's place or places of employment, we will be able to suggest good communities within a comfortable commuting distance.
